Fighting spam is a hands on never ending battle, as the spammers are constantly using new techniques to promote their venom. The best thing to do is read some of the Declude JunkMail archives and update your configuration, including tests used. Several DNS based tests have disappeared in the last 12 months, and several new tests are available.
