Well your dns is a skew... You'll need A, MX, and rDNS records for
webmail.lanshop.com, btw is not 205.150.108.8 but 205.150.108.252, then is
should be fine.  

http://www.dnsstuff.com/ will help you check your records thanks to Declude!
