My Perl script doesn't check that flag but maybe you can adapt it
for yourself.

there are 2 that might help you:
Impass - lists Imail domains and accounts and allows
retrieval of passwords.
Imail Users Perl Script - reads users and aliases from both
registry and odbc database
Again these do not do what you want but you might be able to
adapt.
