Can anyone recommend a good way to block this type of IP address obfuscation using IMail's antispam engine?

<IMG SRC="cid:6FFDFBF0.0D52D4C3.31788E04.B3B63782_csseditor";>

I tried to feed this IP address into the 'DNSstuff.com' URL deobfuscator but it didn't return anything useful.

That's because it isn't an obfuscated URL. That image is within the E-mail itself, and is referenced by "6FFDFBF0.0D52D4C3.31788E04.B3B63782_csseditor" (that's kind of like a name for the attachment).

In this case, you could just use a body filter for it. But most likely, it is a virus, not spam.
