Hello. This morning the Queue manager seems to be topping out at 100% and delivery is slow when/if it happens. Sending seems ok....just not receiving.
I first stop/started Queue manager service and then stop/start SMTP...still same..delivery slow. Then rebooted server to see if that helps...still Queue manager topping out at 100%. Any help would be great. What can I look at?
