This is a very odd and frustrating problem. We have a couple of clients that
we have been unable to send email to and it appears to be all on our end.
The client has 3 mail servers and MX records for all 3. However, the first
and primary mail(mx) does not accept outside email, it's internal use only.
Our problem is that Imail never tries either of their second mail servers,
it tries over and over again to hit the primary and then we get one of
these: Delivery failed 20 attempts:

At first I thought this had to be an issue with my firewall, but it's
looking a lot more like it's an Imail issue. I've had my firewall
consultants scour our FW and they can't find any problems, from monitoring
while we try to email this client, they show the mail server as just never
attempting to try the secondary mail servers at this client's location.

There are 3 different clients from 3 different networks that we are having
this issue with. I can do NSlookups on all of them and ping all their mail
servers, but nothing I do can get Imail to try the secondary mail servers.

Any advice is greatly appreciated! We are running Imail 8.1

Thanks,
Andy
