Hello All,
Sorry for the OT but I'm looking for anyone using Simple DNS Plus that has had to contact JHSoft lately for support. I'm trying to multi-home a DNS server but it's not recognizing the second IP. I've tried sending email and calling JHSoft but I've gotten no response, which is unusual for them. Has anyone else had any problems contacting them? Please email me off list.
