Sean,

I'm aware of the problem you're having with the blacklist manager. It's due to a VB limitation of only being able to list 32,767 items in a listbox. The most recent Imail URL blacklist release has 32,549 entries on its own, making the merge overflow. When the I wrote the program, there were only about 18,000 entries, so it wasn't a problem.

As a temporary fix, I've re-written the program using the Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library for the main list. You can download the main program file from http://www.turner3d.net/URLBLMan2.exe - it loads the list quite a bit slower than the original, but it gets the job done. You need to have the old version already installed, copy this file into the Turner3D folder, and run it from there. There is a catch, though - the new version requires FM20.DLL - for some reason, Microsoft prohibits distribution of this file. If you have Microsoft Office installed on the machine in question, the new blacklist manager will run just fine. If not, you need to install the MS ActiveX Control Pad from here:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url="">

That will properly install fm20.dll and it should work. I'm currently working on a .NET version of the managers which will solve the problem better.
