[IMail Forum] Filter Rules changes???

After upgrading from 8.10 to 8.11, the following rule begain catching one of my client's emails:

 

Inbound X-IMail-Rule: S~$:NUL

 

though they weren't including a dollar sign in the rule...I guess this has something to do with normalization?
