That just doesn't make sense. He's getting more spam as it's triggering in the rules and forwarding to his "inspect" mailbox before any of the Imail Spam Filtering is occurring. I've seen this happen over and over when you must write rules to make Imail do what logical intuition tells you it should have done in the first place. According to Ipswitch Manual processing stops as soon as first rule is met. As the dot come rule is met, all other processing stops.....and voile - more spam gets through that would have been stopped in subsequent filters.
