Hmmm...that's odd I can't seem to find login.cgi, but doesn't the web
calendar service use login.cgi to? Because it's not in that directory
either...but the web calendar still works.

Is this file even there?  login.cgi

Check your web directory to make sure everything is as it should be.
Make
sure permissions didn't get eacky...and lastly reinstall the templates.
