Sure, if they have different owners. Usually not recommended for
manageability, but possible.

I wouldn't see any reason to suspect an outside intruder offhand. Such
a SQL injection (I know of no actual exploit, so this is just
theoretical), if possible, would be a a strange hacking decision--why
not just try to drop the table, rather than creating a new one? More
likely, something was mixed up in the IWEBMSG login credentials vs.
the dbo creds used to create a table, something along those lines, and
a legit admninistrative session might thus have malfunctioned.
