It means relay from those you claim their email address is that of a local
user on your box.  So, if you host [EMAIL PROTECTED], then anyone can relay
through your server is they put a from address of [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Requiring SMTP AUTH and disabling relay except for specific IPs is the only
way to work these days, unless you're also a network provider, in which case
it's still a good idea.
