Did you stop/start the Queue Manager after updating your Phrase list?
I am very surprised that you are deleting for mail that fails the Stat filter.
Of the nineteen false positives that we have had in the past three days the breakdown is as follows
Stat 1 URL (Ipswitch's list) 14 DNSBL Test 2 HTML Formatting 2
We only delete for mail that fails two DNSBL tests. Everything else gets quarrantied. The emails that failed the Ipswitch Blacklist test have been removed from that list so that will not fail again.

From all of the documentation I've read it appears our Imail v. 8.05 is set up perfectly for domains on virtual hosts. With both statistical filtering and phrase filtering set 'enabled' and to delete, we've noticed phrase filtering isn't deleting messages that it should be. For example if I add the phrase "buy this software", 20 minutes later I can send a message from my personal account directly to any of the user accounts on that server with "buy this software" directly in the body and it gets through with no problem.
Most of the initial tests i.e., blacklists etc. in the 'connection filtering' area ARE working and inserting headers which just makes this more wierd.
Any ideas?
