I have had 1 out of my 60 or so users complain about that issue. Backwards maybe but I have had a few users compliment the other new features of the new web mail like Group address and a global address list that they do not have to maintain. They have also commented that the new web mail is faster?????   Also many users do not like deleting a message only to see porn spam on their screen.
