[IMail Forum] Mail Delivery Delay

Hi All,     I have a delay in the mail delivery that can reach 45 minutes to deliver a message. I look at the spool many times and I always find that there are many messages that can reach 400 messages or more. Can any one help me how to debug this problem or where I can start?Or any body has encountered such a problem? Thanks in advance   Waheed Malek
