I have no ideas for the cause. I had two incidents where I have problems
with users not getting mail.

Primary Domian with Static Address
However, after changing the user password through the 8383 interface and
multiple logon attempts, I found where I deleted the mail account under MS
Outlook, made a new (profile) account, Re started Outlook and it worked.
 I suspected a corrupted DLL or ????.

Virtual Domain

We just started a virtual domain about a month ago. IT work find for about
2 weeks. Then the users couuld not get mail. I had to modify the mail
profiles under outlook to include the <username> with domain as in

I hope this helps.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Stuck mail box

I had a client who said he was not getting any of his email. I looked and
it
appeared that all of his email was coming in but he was not getting it in
his outlook.
I sent him a test email and then all of a sudden his email from 3 days ago
started coming in the way it should.

Any idea what might have caused that?
