I have found fiveten to be a little aggressive.
Many of the FIVETEN* tests (there are 10 of them!) are very strict, and you cannot get removed from (even if you do not have whatever problem they are trying to detect). Nobody should ever block an E-mail just because it is listed in one of the 10 FIVETEN* tests. Doing so will block a significant amount of E-mail (this was one of the big problems with the initial release of IMail v8 anti-spam that was blocking lots of good E-mail).
