I'm sorry if this has been posted before...I did search the archive online but couldn't get a search term that resulted in what I'm looking for.
Is there a way to tell IMail (8.11) to never check any outgoing mail for spam? This has been and continues to be a huge problem for us. As a small web hosting provider, you can imagine that our clients are not happy when they send mail to their customers and it never makes it out past the spam filter. One client in particular books travel in Europe and many of her messages are never sent because they're seen as spam. On the content filtering tab we do NOT have 'Content filtering for authenticated users' checked (although Help says this only applies to mail coming IN from authenticated users...apparently this doesn't stop mail going OUT from authenticated users from being checked). Also, I know from reading the Help in IMail that messages from system and host admins will not be filtered, but it's not appropriate, obviously, to set up all users as Host admins just to make sure they're not filtered. And even setting up a user as a Host admin DOES NOT seem to work. We have IMail on a test server...on that machine I have a user set up as a Host admin and that user's outgoing mail is checked for spam just like any other. Any help on this issue would be GREATLY appreciated.
