Same answer :-)

For Outlook/Outlook Express, for example, what you do is compose your
page in your composer of choice.  Then in that composer's browse mode
(or a browser) you browse the page.  Right-click on the page and
choose Select All.  Right-click in the page again and choose Copy.

Then go into Outlook, open up a new mail message, right-click into the
client and choose Paste.

Presto.

If I'm not mistaken, this will also NOT include any html outside of
the BODY tags.  If you want to do fancier things like linked style
sheets or even inline styles then you'll need to get a little fancier.
