The customer will use the contacts for bulk mailings, but primarily wants
them available when sending individual emails.

In KWM, the address book seems to be an afterthought.  I just wonder what I
give up if I replace it with a different package like IceWarp.

addresses in a list serve setup - this does allow address sorting by address
and is a much more efficient means of sending out bulk mail.
