Use the same account data as you use for POP3 login. After that, your mail will be treated as it is local, without the need to allo IP Adresses(which is a very bad idea - Spam Gangs will find you very quick!). Never (!) relay mail for dynamic IPs. Be shure that you did NOT Check "Disable SMTP-AUTH reporting" in SMTP/Advanced, because it will disable SMTP-Auth.
