Well,   in   Exchange  2000+,  it's  "This  Exchange  organization  is
responsible  for  all  mail  delivery  to  this  address" in Recipient
Policies.  I  am  not aware of a way to automatically perform Exchange
5.5-to-IMail  peering  (though  the  IMail-to-Exchange  5.5  direction
should  work).  You can create Exchange contacts for all of your IMail
accounts.
