We received junk mails from a specific source sometimes that it showed in the log as cmxx-xx-xx-xx.hkcable.com.hk.

What do you mean by "source"? That looks like a reverse DNS entry, but could be HELO/EHLO or something else.

The xx-xx... is the IP address that changes every time. The "Mail From" address (which is what iMail Kill file will exam) changes every time as well. What would be the best stragetic in this case? Would someone please shed me some light for us?

It depends on what "source" is, and what tools you are using. I don't recall ever seeing a reverse DNS entry in the IMail log file -- if you are using Declude JunkMail Pro and see it in the log file, you could set up a filter to block it quite easily.
