I am running the latest version of IMail, with the latest KWM templates.

Twice in the past week, a customer has called and said that NONE of their employees could log into webmail. It would come back with "invalid password."

When an admin logged into webmail to try to change the user passwords, it would come back with:

"Password may not have been changed."

Stopping and restarting the mail services solves the problem. This has now happened twice, for two different domains, in the past week.

I haven't found any reference to this on the list, in the IPSwitch KB, or docs. Anyone have an idea of what is going on?
