Hehe... You have a good understanding of what is possible with IMail.
This will be too much work to do. I too wish for easy access through IMail Admin. I believe it existed in earlier versions: checkbox for POP-access? Or it might have been one of the 100 other mail servers I tested before going for IMail (I believe they all had this function). Anyways, it should be fairly easy for IPSwitch to add a checkbox in Admin OR a FLAG attribute in the database. I also suggested paying for this as custom work by IPSwitch, but so far I have not heard anything about my request. --- Steinar > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Sanford Whiteman > Sent: 2. juli 2004 05:28 > To: Steinar Rasch > Subject: Re[4]: [IMail Forum] Disables ALL when disabling POP > access with Global User Changes > > > I wish IPswitch could add this when using external database aswell. > > You can also do this, IIRC, by using NT-integrated auth in SQL Server > paired with different service accounts. > > --Sandy > > > ------------------------------------ > Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist > Broadleaf Systems, a division of > Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. > e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! > > http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/do > wnload/release/ > > Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange Addresses into IMail Aliases!
