I can't seem to find a solution to my problem, 
Is it possible to roll back to ver 8.10 and is it wise?
What would be the best way to roll back to ver 8.10?

It  shows  that  she didn't AUTH at all. Is there, perchance, a PIX or
other  broken  application-level  SMTP  firewall between that user and
your site? Can you issue an EHLO from that user's site?
