At least by now they have learned (or at least I hope they have) that they can't put much of the U.S. government on that same list.
But once again, obvious examples of inattention. All someone has to do is read thru the list. This sort of repeated tolerance for failure is why I had to abandon Imail's anti-spam system. Its amazing that they still haven't gotten something so simple right yet.
