From what you indicate sounds like you need to change to "Primary Host". I keep these files in the root of each host and use "Current Host" myself so that if I later want to allow the admin of a particular domain to update this file for themselves I can give them FTP access to do so.

I am assuming that I have to do something on the (Content Filtering (HTML)) TAB in antispam configuration, but it looks like it wants me to enter IP's or Hostnames and not a filename.
