Hello, Travis,
Where would I find the log files? Are these
the same log files in the "spool" directory? is the queue the same as the
spool?
Thanks,
Dan Geise

Look
at your logs.how many messages in the Queue? Sounds like a big list getting sent
out and having troubles.

SMTP32.EXE close to 100% CPU Usage
Hello,
All,
When I came into
work this morning I noticed that the CPU Usage on our IMail Server is hovering
pretty darn close to 100%. When I look at the Task Manager the 2
processed that seem to be using up the bulk of the CPU are the IMAILSRV.EXE
and SMTP32.EXE processed. I tried shutting down all of the IMail
Services and those 2 processes still continued to appear on the list.
They aren't appearing and staying instead they are disappearing and coming
back continously and for the second or two that they are visible on the
process list their CPU usage is usually above 80%.
Does anyone know why
those 2 processes might be using up the CPU like this? Also, if I shut
down all of the IMail Services why would IMAILSRV.EXE and SMTP32.EXE continue
to show up on the Process List? How can I get them to quit
appearing?
Thanks In
Advance,
Dan
Geiser
