The word I got from my ISP was that AOL has accidently put a number of ISP in their dynamic/residential IP block list. It started about 9:00am Friday morning (7/3), and they were unable to repair their error until Tuesday (7/6) because of the holiday.
This week it's compuserve. Still a day late and a dollar short....and owned by AOL?
