Check valid senders just check senders address mistakes like smtp @domain.com or [EMAIL PROTECTED]@com but [EMAIL PROTECTED] is valid
this is a smtp open relay scanner checks your server for open relay I think 6.05 version is unstable to some data passed from that scanner program Normally you should receive: 20040712 103619 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (00010114) [218.156.65.30] RCPT To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] invalid user [EMAIL PROTECTED] and that's all. BTW I do not see any rdeliver log entries so your server do not accept anything for delivery as you mention above Regards, Dmitri Elgin, http://imailzip.com -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, July 13, 2004 1:54 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Why my server is relaying for hanmail.net??? We have checked the box 'Check Valid Sender'. This ID is not configured on the server. How SMTP authenticates? Any clues?? Regards, Aparna E-Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
