Our mail server is being slammed by mail similar but all have virus attachments - I think this is a new one, because none of the virus vendors have any mention of it. Most are crafted to appear to be a bounce, but they are not really bounces.
We are receiving approx 70 100 per hour on our server, and none of the anti-virus apps are catching it.
