We also had problems with read receipts, depended on the type of message
the user sends. Check if the users has "text only" or "RTF" or "HTML" as
default mail format an check the format of the read receipts.

On the other side the error message "invalid user" is clear enough.
Please check the user, if the sender has not misspelled his email or
return address in Outlook.

Yes lord, here we go again. As I open myself up for public ridicule
because
a) some people disagree with what my policy settings are and
b) I was wrong, it wasn't the null sender causing the problem.

Thanks for your help with the registry key I needed to change.
Unfortunately, It was already set this way.
So.....
Here are the exact entries from my mail log:

Anybody have any other ideas? (besides the critique of me not knowing my
own
configuration)
