OK.
Here is the scenario.

We experienced a power outage yesterday for about 2 hours. Our IMail server
went down before I could bring it down 'gracefully'.

Since the power has been restored, I have been receiving several copies of
spam mail in my inbox, all addressed to different users on our network.
It appears that every single message that is flagged as spam is being sent
to my inbox. I do have all postmaster messages forwarded to my account.
I cannot find any settings in the Declude files that pertain to this.
I do not think that the users are suddenly sending all spam messages to the
postmaster account or to me personally.
The logs show the following for each of these messages:

07:27 15:51 SMTP-(00000000) Info - Adding Queue file
C:\IMail\spool\Qxxxxxxxxxxxxx.SMD
07:27 15:51 SMTP-(04E00461) processing C:\IMail\spool\Qxxxxxxxxxxxxx.SMD
07:27 15:51 SMTP-(04E00461) ldeliver fhu.edu jdove-main (1)

I am the postmaster for all our domains, but I have no knowledge of any
settings that forward spam mail to the postmaster or to my email address.

Even if there is a setting to do this, nothing had been changed before or
after the outage.this just started happening after the power was restored.

I am running Declude Junkmail.
You mentioned
"spam that got blocked but sent to the postmaster@
account (in which case you need to change your anti-spam software to take a
better action)"
Where is this setting? This may be my problem. How this got changed though
I haven't a clue.

You'll need to be more specific.

Are you referring to general spam (in which case the fact that it comes to
the postmaster@ account is irrelevant -- you just need anti-spam software
like Declude JunkMail), spam that got blocked but sent to the postmaster@
account (in which case you need to change your anti-spam software to take a
better action), or spam that users are getting and forwarding to the
postmaster@ account (as their way of complaining)?
