We were having the save problem (the automatic SAV update was not
running all of a sudden). It was
set up to run as a scheduled task (thru task scheduler) on the I-mail server
(Win2000 server). I finally went
into task scheduler to see how it was set up, it brought up a screen for the
administrator username and password.
After I entered that it ran fine again!! (the password had been set up previously, but somehow it
