We are using AnswerTrack Enterprise Edition now and are looking to switch thanks to not only the price increases, but the lack of updates and bug fixes for 2 years since the new company bought them. They say they have a new version coming this fall but I am very scepticle since they have been saying that since day 1 of the buyout.
I would be interested in any suggestions on this topic as well.
