We're using WonderDesk (Standard and SQL versions available). Wonderdesk SQL 4.0 does 
have email-to-ticket import functionality.  We upgraded from WD standard to SQL a few 
months ago when version 4.0 was released, so far it works great.  Being able to import 
email into the help desk saves us a ton of time everyday.  Check it out here:

If you run MySQL, Perl Desk is another nice Help Desk app and is a bit less expensive 
than WD.
