We have experienced the same situation under 7.15. No errors at all to include nothing in the event viewer or Dr. Watson. We opened a support ticket with IPSwitch, but we never had anything to go on. They advised us to upgrade to 8.x and see if that helped. We did upgrade our backup server to 8.x which introduced a whole set of different problems so we kept the primary on 7.15 and wrote some monitoring code (windows service) to keep an eye on the queue for this issue. If your interested in our queue monitoring application (QueueMon) you can check it out at http://www.invariantsystems.com.

Darrell
