We are running 8.12 and have recently had our CPU usage max out. Query Manager appears to be eating up a good bit of the CPU, though we are not sure that this is the cause of the major slowdown of the server.
We have moved everything out of the Spool, have scanned individual user folders to remove anything that seems excessively large, but are still experiencing the problem. Some mail goes through, though most people are getting timed out and are not receiving or sending mail. Any suggestions?
