I know. They (the management) has talked about keeping email for seven years
since we are an private college. Currently we keep all backups for one year.
So that being said we always have a student who says I email you on
x-y-x date and you never got it! Well I've learned to cover our tracks and
log email. It's a double-bladed sword I am afraid.
