Greetings,
I am using Imail version 8.13 with KWM 4.03 and have a question on
mailing to all users. Before version 8.1, I used a batch file and
makelist.exe to create a list for sending mail to all users here. I now am
using MailAll.exe and have created an alias to send to all users. The
problem I am having is that the old list was password protected, which
helped a lot because the students here like to pick up on lists and attempt
to send to them. The new method (with the MailAll alias) doesn't seem to
provide password protection. Could anyone tell me if there is a way of
protecting this alias so that other users won't take advantage??? Thanks so
much for any help or suggestions you can give.
