Then it might be something like your IP address or domain they don't like altho in that case it would be inefficient to accept the DATA.
Perhaps they delay final acceptance until some user definable filtering is performed but that would be an issue if there was more than one recipient.
Have you contacted their postmaster to ask them to look in their logs?

I have done business with these guys for years via email. I'm going to give them
a call on Monday to see what the problem is.
