There's a collection of Unix utilities that run under Windows that includes
grep.  You can also install Cygwin.  There are pointers to the utilities in
the archives.

With grep, its simple enough to capture the information you need.

I've also installed Perl on my email server so I can use that to generate
summary reports.  I don't have one written that does what you want, however.
