Search the archives for exchange2aliases.

Basiccly, those users would be aliases on your server pointing to say
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and add a recipient policy on that Exchange server
so that the users accept e-mail addressed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] AND
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

HOWEVER, your bigger problem will be interdomain communications.
