Absolutely, with any LDAP administration app and the LDAP admin DN you
specified  at domain setup. HOWEVER, the only way you're going to omit
the local mailboxes from being listed is if you create an OU under the
virtual  host  root (not recommended here) or dedicate a dummy virtual
host  to  the  remote user data (better). In both cases, you would set
the clients' LDAP search base accordingly.
