Use the DNSCMD utility from the W2K Resource Kit. It's a command line tool you can run to add/modify/delete zones, convert zone types, add/delete records, etc.
You can also use it to extract a list of zones to a file, modify the resulting file to create a batch file that calls the utility to perform a task on each zone, and run the resulting new batch file.
