Actually,

These do have a from address, but no subject or body at all.
Seems like someone new getting ready to joe-jab.
Open to ideas (nobody alias can not be removed).

Most likely, the "From:" is blank too. Write a compound rule that looks for
a header that does not contain "From:" and does not contain a Subject

H!~From\:!AND!H!~Subject\::somemailboxoraddress

Also, check the archives, if they are the messages I am thinking of, there
is something in the header you can look for.
