My recommendation would be to use the Symantec Engine to block the extensions.
Using your web browser go to :8004 (default) of your IMail server. Default password is admin, go to Blocking Policy, Click on the Mail tab, and scroll down to Blocking by attachment file name and put in your extensions. It works a lot better than the custom rules in IMail.
