You should be able to edit the web messaging template to do this...If you're
not up to editing HTML in a text editor however, I would suggest that you
don't try to edit the templates as they don't work well when edited with a
WYSIWG. There is a description of what each template does on Imail's
website, you can search the Knowledge Base to find it...

If there isn't, would it work to go ahead and create a forward file and make
it read only? I'm sure there's an automated way to do that outside of
IMail.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Restrict Web Messaging Options

Is it possible to restrict the options the users have available to
them under the account optoins drop down menu when they log into web
messaging? Our email system for our students is going to be a closed
system which uses webmail exclusively; meaning that our users will
only be able to send email to other students, faculty, and staff. I
do not want to give them the impression that they will be able to
forward their email to an external address, therefore, I would like to
remove the forwarding option from the drop down list in the webmail
interface.
